New York City Wedding: Battery Gardens | Brittany & Logan

Brittany is from Georgia.  Logan is from Chicago.  They met in Manhattan and fell in Love.

A beautiful wedding was inevitable.

Family and friends traveled from all parts of the world to NYC for this December celebration and were pleased by the unseasonable warmth of the city.

Snow-less streets and light wind off the river kept everyone’s boots dry and cozy in their winter coats as the wedding party converged on the West Village for a pre-day rehearsal.

We finished off the night playing paparazzi as everyone left.  As we were standing outside, the passerby’s kept asking which big celebrity was inside 🙂

The next morning we met Britt and Logan at the Hilton Millenium Hotel.  All the details came together as they got ready in their rooms that overlooked a 9/11 memorial with a dramatic 40 story perspective.

 Britt you’re Stunning!

I can’t tell you enough how much we love when a bride and groom decide to do a first look.  It always produces the most genuine photos, and gives a great start to the rest of the day.  Britt and Logan decided to do one just outside of the hotel on the street.  It was perfect.  Even though it wasn’t a private location, and we had busy New Yorkers rushing by, it was like they were the only two people in the world at that moment.  I absolutely love these photos from their first look.

And then they were off to get married!

It was an incredible day in December!  Perfect Blue Sky and warm enough we were able to be outside without freezing!

They were married in the Manhattan LDS Temple.  While we weren’t able to take photos inside at the ceremony, but we were there to get their exit.

 Husband & Wife!

We had a little bit of time before the reception to get photos in the City.  We were right there at Lincoln Center which was a perfect backdrop for some photos with the bridal party.

I love this shot that Stuart got of the bridesmaids walking through Lincoln center!  Beautiful!

The reception was held at Battery Gardens overlooking the Statue of Liberty across the water.  It was a beautiful location upstairs perfect for dinner and lots dancing!

What a fun group!

DJ Drew Burrows did a fantastic job of keeping the party going and everyone dancing!

Britt & Logan

Thank You for having Stuart and I be a part of such a magical day!

We are so happy for the two of you and wish you all the best in love and life together!

You were amazing and looked absolutely perfect!
