It was a whirlwind romance for Jacquelyn and Dewayne.  Just six months after meeting, they stood on a beach a million miles from home and promised to love and cherish one another.  Jacquelyn told me that the last 6 months were the happiest of her life.  Things happen for a reason and Dewayne makes her world a better place.  Six months isn’t a long time, but when you know… you know!

As a busy ER doctor at home, Jacquelyn was looking for a relaxing wedding getaway and Royal Davui was just the place!  Traveling for 24 hours to get there was all worth it!  Even with some unexpected weather and a change in plans, it was a perfect wedding day.  Starting with an intimate ceremony, the fun of Trashing her gorgeous wedding dress, and ending with Jacquelyn married to her best friend and southern gentleman.

In her 1st email to me, Jacquelyn said she would love to do a trash the dress sesh.  She told me about her love of scuba diving and that they were comfortable in the water.  Even strong swimmers have to get used to swimming in a big dress, but Jacquelyn surprised me with how well she did in that wedding dress of her’s!  The only problem she faced was not being able to get down as deep as she would have liked!  Jacquie you got deeper than anyone else I’ve seen in a wedding dress!  And you looked gorgeous the whole time!

Congratulations to you both!  You make a perfect couple!  It was a pleasure to meet you and to be a part of something so special.  Your love and warmth could be felt by all those around you, and there’s something to be said for “Southern Hospitality”.  Thank you for including me in your wedding day!  You two did an amazing job in front of my camera, above and below the water!  I hope you had a relaxing  stay here in Fiji and were able to get some more diving in!  Thanks again and all the best to you!  Enjoy wedded bliss!
